Salmon Florentine

Stuffing ingredients are mushrooms, red and green peppers, spinach, bread crumbs, and tomatoes.  Sauce contains heavy cream, Chardonnay, dry dill, lemon juice, salt and white pepper.  In addition to being a topping, the sauce is also used in the stuffing as a binder.

World Famous Chowder 

Chowder ingredients are clams, heavy cream, potatoes, bacon, celery, onions, thyme, milk, butter, flour, ground nutmeg, white pepper, and cream sherry.

From our reopen date of June 16, 2020 forward, we will be meeting or exceeding sanitation and safety requirements as per the direction of the CDC, State of Wisconsin and the Dane County Health Department.

We will continue (and increase the frequency) of all the activities normally required in the foodservice industry such as proper hand washing protocol, hand sanitizing, and proper food handling procedures.

 

Additional measures include, but are not limited to:

  • Limiting each restaurant to 50% of the maximum indoor capacity and limiting table size to six people or less from the same household or living unit while maintaining proper social distancing of six feet.
  • Expanding our outside seating to accommodate the increased demand for outdoor dining while maintaining proper social distancing of six feet, and limiting table size to six people or less from the same household or living unit.
  • All guests are to remain seated with proper social distancing between groups, other than going to or from the restroom.
  • Temperature checks upon arrival for every team member. Any employee not within the safe range or with respiratory issues will be immediately sent home.
  • All employees are asked to self-monitor at home. Any employee not feeling well, for any reason, is staying home to care for themselves and our community.
  • Masks are required by all team members at all times and are being provided by VRV.
  • Customers are required to wear masks indoors except when eating or drinking.
  • Single use gloves are required for all employees while cooking, plating, delivering food, & cleaning.
  • Cell phone use by employees is not allowed during service hours.
  • Extra hand sanitizer will be made available for our guests and crew.
  • Sanitizing all tables and chair backs after each use.
  • Sanitizing frequent touch surfaces, food preparation stations, and all kitchen utensils and equipment frequently.
  • Food and beverage items being prepared are transferred using contactless methods.
  • Proper handwashing signs are posted at each hand washing station.
  • Members of our team are not allowed physical contact (hugs, high fives, handshakes, etc.) with our guests or each other.

It is always been & will always be our goal to provide a safe and enjoyable dining experience. The additional measures we are taking will insure that we will continue to do so. We remain committed to navigate this time in the safest and most responsible approach and stay up to date on any and all CDC/state/local recommendations, adjusting our protocols as needed to ensure everyone’s safety. We welcome any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of everyone.
